个人简介：黄道正，男，汉族，1989年03月生，江西九江人，中共党员，博士研究生学历，副教授，现任上海海事大学交通运输学院教师，担任《世界海运》青年编委。主要从事水路运输管理教学研究工作，在航运安全与环境方面取得了重要成果，主持《一带一路背景下我国战略运输通道辨识及新型地缘博弈机制研究》、《海上通道网络脆弱性和韧性提升策略研究》等重要课题。
